David Hasan, President and CEO of Msquare Construction, Inc., founded the company in 2020 with a clear vision and purpose. With this foundation, David carefully assembled a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who share a commitment to excellence in every phase of construction.

Our Goal One Safety Initiative is built on comprehensive, site-specific safety planning for every project, supported by continuous training and active on-site leadership. Every individual who steps onto our jobsites completes a safety onboarding orientation, ensuring clear expectations and alignment from day one. This is reinforced through weekly toolbox talks that keep safety top-of-mind and address real-time conditions in the field.
We invest in ongoing education to ensure our workforce is equipped to identify risks, prevent incidents, and uphold a culture of shared responsibility. Training
programs include monthly hands-on safety sessions, along with both formal and informal instruction such as OSHA 30 certification, fall protection, electrical safety, scaffolding, and excavation safety.
This consistent focus reinforces our commitment to protecting people, maintaining compliance, and delivering every project without compromise.

MSquare partnered with Oxendine Elementary School to host a job fair focused on inspiring the next generation. Students had the opportunity to learn about construction careers in a fun and engaging way asking questions, exploring tools and concepts, and gaining insight into how buildings and communities come to life. By connecting with students at an early age, we aim to spark interest, build awareness, and encourage future pathways in the skilled trades.
